It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. "The finished room is very nice, but communication between staff was often poor which translated to miscommunication with us as homeowners. Billing is poor at best.....payments incorrectly applied, double charges on invoices, and we have reason to believe we were charged for a premium product under our new roof that was not actually installed. Workers were not always respectful with our home....leaving the work site with muddy floors, washing paint brushes in our kitchen sink and using homeowner supplies and not returning them."
