My spouse wasn't home and my knowledge of plumbing is none so I probably asked more questions than norm. They never seemed irritated and explained everything in verbiage I understood. We have used them several other times for multiple issues since buying our home. They are always on time, priced fairly and take care of the problem. Each time before they leave, they make sure we have the company's number handy in case we have any problems or additional questions. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.
