"Like all appliance repair there is a charge just to come in the door.  So you need to be sure the price isnt better put toward a new apppliance, sort of that grey area between warranty coverage and junk pile. "Lew is a very honest older gentleman.   The communication and quoting was a little haphazard.  Lew is very old school, he keeps his appointment and number is a little note book so email is out and getting a hold of him may take a few tries.  His pricing is very good, and you can count on him to do what he says he will.  I would skip the two hour special thing,  Just have him come out and quote you for what ever work you need done.  If you get the special he will just deduct it from the quote he is doing and it confuses him a little.    Lew skill set is basic home repair pretty much he will do almost anything you request that is in his skill set. <br /> <br />"
