The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. "MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. "I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. "New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable. 


The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty. 


Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine. 


I will continue to use New Image because of the great customer service I have experienced from those I talk to in the office and the technicians that come to my home."

"It was fine.  They answered my questions.  The tech had told me that there was a 3 year warranty on the parts when in fact there was a 2 year warranty but then when I called them, they honored the 3 year and sent me in writing a 3 year warranty.  They made the correction.  They don’t give you a receipt when they have done the service, they have it on the IPad and then they tell you they’ll email the receipt.   He did not have our email address so I have to call back and give it to them."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent work, great customer service. Very prompt in coming out to meet our loss if heat needs. 23yo Carrier unit definitely needed replaced as technicians explained in terms I could understand. Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question. They explained the new thermostat and ensured I knew how to work it. They finished 2h earlier than estimated and the area is more clean than when they started.
