"Once the schedule was set to install, everything went well. Installers arrived on time (2 separate visits for window and doors). The care for the area around the installation was covered/protected and the installations were done with professionalism. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. Very happy with the quality of the products. We did have one minor concern with the trim fit (manufactured wood trim- not the installer) which Illinois Energy Windows and Siding quickly rescheduled a visit to fix the problem. We have used them for all our original window and exterior door replacements over the last 10 years or more and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises."

"The quote was the lowest I found and the window is beautiful! The installer did tell me I had to caulk the outside of the new glass block window as it's necessary, but not something they do. I was a little surprised by this, but perhaps this is common practice."

During quoting and measuring, James was made sure they all matched in style and the various internal trims to keep my old house's charm. And the crew installed everything in just a little over two days! The crew is fast but very qualified. They did a through job insulating the gaps where they removed old counterweighted double hung windows. James was very responsive throughout the process. A screen was received damaged and Supreme swapped the screening material without fuss. The new windows don't look different (exactly as I wanted) but they definitely feel different now that it's getting colder. I am very pleased with my new windows."

In approximately 2 weeks the glass was in and I received a call to install the glass which was done the next week Due to the number of windows it took most of one day to install. "Ashland Glass came to give an estimate and measure the window pane required. They scheduled a time to install the custom pane after it was ready. Unfortunately there was miscommunication with the company that manufactured the glass. It was 1/4" too thin. They offered to install it with extra caulking or to have it remade. They agreed to remake it without charging extra. They took the wood frame with them this time. They returned with the window repair completed after scheduling the return visit. They cleaned up well after each visit considering there was broken glass involved. It was unfortunate that they did not get the window fixed the first time but they did the job right in the end."
