"Josh, the representative from Basement Gurus was outstanding! We had experienced a water issue in our finished basement. Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. "Service was great from sales, to installation, to post installation support. Very responsive, very professional. It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place! Thank you for such great service and support."

"We had numerous issues with water in our basement in the 5 years we owned our home, it was not an easy fix and we received numerous ideas and quotes. The rep from Worthington came out and was amazing, did not try and up sell us, and identified and fixed every problem. Worthington was not the cheapest firm we spoke with but would you really want the guy with the lowest price for a job like this? We would recommend this company emphatically."
