James the owner came to give me a quote and I found it to be really competitive. He was very friendly, explained in detail the work that needed to be done, the time it would take, who was doing the work and the benefits of my new high-efficiency units. 

The day of the installation, James and his crew got to my home at the appointment time, introduced themselves, went through the proposed work again (just to make sure I was still comfortable and informed), and put tarps on my floor.

The crew had to move some furniture and were very careful in doing so. As the day went on, I was informed of the progress and what was happening. This I was very happy with and it really put me at ease.

When they were all done, I was shown how to work my new thermostat, and given some filters to change out every 3 months. James also put a sticker with his number on my furnace just in case I needed it.

Overall, I was very happy with them and would highly recommend them.
