"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

They had to cut out the old tile and drywall and replace it. The job was not simple as it involved cutting colored tiled and having to match the pattern on the ends of the wall.
