"I called the Cape Fear Air Conditioning & Heating's Fayetteville location last Thursday and the person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was nice, and thankfully was able to get a technician scheduled to come out the next afternoon. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, was professional, and was very nice. The technician was A+ and I would highly recommend Cape Fear A/C & Heating. I would definitely call them for future services needed and I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you! :)"

"Highly recommend Crossroads Plumbing! Aaron came out on a weekend, charged the regular hourly rate (which already deserves 5 stars), cleared a major clog, helped remedy some old drain line issues in our 1960s house, and installed an expansion tank. Honest, knowledgeable, fair pricing, and great work. Nice to find a plumber who fixes the problem without draining your wallet too."

"hot water tank flush went ok.  Unsuccessful at fixing leaky toilet.

"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"

"Mister Michael was very dedicated to solving the problem with our clogged drain. The problem turned out to be more involved than we initially thought which caused me to have to spend more money but the issue was fixed and my husband and I were very satisfied."

"The tech came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my problem in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with the work provided."
