"The owner and co-worker came out yesterday for a quote and they were very honest and professional and being that they had really great reviews, I went with them. They came out today and had the work done in 3 hours (we had a hot water heater relocated from our laundry room to the garage) and fixed 2 outside faucets that haven’t worked in a long time. With that being said, when I say they were professional about everything, they were! There was no mess from them at all, they cleaned as they went which goes a long way in my book. "Sales personnel helpful, not too pushy. Installers prompt, pleasant. Left everything neat and clean. Great job on bathrooms. However, I had tile floors installed in both bathrooms. Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation."
