"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

"Serviced was performed. The technician and assistant arrived wearing masks. They were very polite and professional. He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. "After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.
