I'm going to be totally honest with the people of Angi- We hired this team to perform a siding job and it originally didn't go well. They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes. I appreciate this more than the team knows because too often contractors are not true to what they say. This team is running an honest business that I can truthfully say that I trust. His quote was priced competitively and transparently so that it was easy to modify moving forward during the process. His team worked hard and efficiently - they even could work on Saturday. They took care of details to cover the disturbed soil with seeds and straws after finishing the paving. They also buried drain pipes for our gutter down sprouts to be redirected underneath the patio. Luis kept track of our project well, and his team and he are very understanding and easy to communicate in person. It would be better to schedule in-person discussions with Luis than texting/phone since he is involved in multiple projects and quite busy."
