He laid out a clear plan and cost estimate The company called the next day, stated that the materials were available and proposed a work date. The time they said they would be there is when they actually showed up. No massive 4-6 hour window waiting on them. They had the materials and with little discussion began the work. I am impressed with both technicians work ethic. I will state that I had called other companies and never received a call back. I do not know why since I was just asking for an estimate to repair ductwork. It was nice to finally work with a company that responded to your request and completed the job as requested. I would definitely work with this company again. They also provide other services besides ductwork."
