"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"ARS is awesome. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for heating or cooling installation or repair."

"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

"The attendant was courteous, on time and went the extra mile. He checked out my entire heat pump system, changed filter and gave me excellent advice on how to maintain my system. I would highly recommend the company to anyone wanting installation or repair on heat pump systems."

"Our AC broke at night. I called and tried to get 3 other companies out. No one could give me even a window of time and they were very expensive for just a diagnostic. In steps RRR….I texted with Evans late the night it broke and asked him to call my father in law the next am to work out the details to fix it. He did and had a repair guy at our house by 8 am the next morning. The diagnostic charge was half of what others were charging and our total payment was less than the service call charge for any of the other 3 companies. I highly recommend RRR and we will be using them again!"

"Nick serviced our air conditioner in a quick and friendly manner, remembering me from a previous service. He attempted to clean our dryer but couldn’t get it cleaned as well as he wanted so he didn’t charge me. That is the kind of thing Nick does. He is awesome and thorough. A+ service every time!"
