"No remodel project goes perfectly but this one came darn close. Our designer, Fatih worked closely with us to come up with the perfect design and materials for our space. I loved the 3D image he provided so that we could fully envision the finished product. I also appreciated that there were no hidden costs. VKB fully disclosed the cost of every item/material. The project manager, Adam walked through the project on the first day and stayed in contact with us (day/evening) to ensure our satisfaction. The CREW, led by Walker was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about the tile work. The young man spent days in our home working on the floor and shower and it came out beautifully. The other crew members produced similar quality work. The only negative is that sometimes the garbage from the job stayed in our driveway a little longer than we would have liked but, it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful bathroom Can't wait to use VKB again for our hall bath which we hope to start in the fall. Wonderful experience!"

He was even flexible when I needed to change my original appointment. Jim and his assistant, Patrick, completed the job within a few hours. He even checked in later in the evening to make sure everything looked good after drying. Jim offered to return to fix anything we were not happy with, but there was no need. "I am very particular about details, so I probably asked more questions than the average customer during our master bathroom renovation. The PI Kitchen and Bath team was patient with me throughout the entire process. Once demolition started, something unexpected was discovered that needed to be dealt with before they could continue. Obviously that was not something we were excited about, but our project manager explained the situation clearly and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. I would much rather have something handled correctly than hidden just to finish faster. The final result was worth it. The shower and tile work look beautiful, the bathroom feels much larger and brighter, and everything feels solid and well finished. We love our new bathroom."
