"Our initial contact with the business was very good. Branden was the sales person, and did an excellent job presenting the products and working with us on what would best suit our needs.  Weather was a factor, rain delayed the start of the project, but it was finished in a timely fashion. Two concerns with the installers. We asked them to call and let us know when they would be coming on each day, and this only occurred once. The second concern was upon arrival at our house, both guys would automatically use our bathrooms.  One of the guys "destroyed" the toilet, and didn't clean up after himself. (My wife cleaned up the mess). Every time they showed up to work, they would start the day with a bathroom session.  I felt this was pretty un-professional, and if I was in the same situation, I would stop at Quiktrip or McDonald's to take care of my business. There was also a glitch in the ordering process. We payed for grills for the windows, but it somehow didn't make the initial order. This was quickly corrected.

"Installation of the windows went perfect. The company cleaned up after every area they were working in. They even took time to walk around the entire house and look at the windows and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. Very professional from start to finish and I have zero complaints about The Window Source of Athens and would use this company again without thinking twice! "The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. Our initial contact in the project was sales rep Jim McCulloch and he (like Ben) was extremely patient and answered our many, many questions about products and design ideas. Exovations also replaced our front door insert (door, two sidelights and a half-circle transom) with a new composite unit with rain glass. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out and would use Exovations again without a second thought."

"It went terrible. There were weeks at a time when he wouldn't show up. The cabinets designs were not even the same. The guys that put the cabinets on put them on upside down.they painted all of the heat and air registers instead of taking them down. Now dust sticks to hem and are hard to clean. The painters were just netrotuous. Some of the painters had come in and crawled through the window to get in when we were not at home one day. We had to run them off because they were standing around just partying.it just goes on and on with so many mistakes. Several of the drawers didn't have screws in them and when we pulledvon the handle, the handle came off. A few didn't even have the handles.like I said there are a lot of trivial things that is not worth my time listing because I could go all night with this.

"This is one of the BEST contractors I've Ever worked with in 20 years. Brent and his team were amazing. I interviewed 8 or 9 different roofing and gutter companies . Christian Roofing was the only one that mathematically and correctly addressed the inadequate ventilation on this hip roof. The installation was inmpressive: A crew that's worked together for many years; the Foreman and Job Capitain are the perfect complementary balance of new school / old school as one has a GA Tech degree and the other has 35 years hands on experience; they brought a port-a-potty with the dumpster; they did not use kick boards - which make additional holes- but were roped in; and they left the job site- my home- clean! The synthetic roof felt, shingles, vents were all high quality GAF materials with a long warranty. As important of an investment as a new roof is, I am just so glad I found these guys. Rarely do I write reviews but 'simply had to after a job this well-done!"

"Amazing. By early afternoon they were all done. They also re screened a portion of my screened in porch that my dogs tore off. I could not be more pleased. The estimate was totally fair, and I can't wait for them to start on my laundry room and master bath where they will install cabinets, reconfigure an entire master bathroom including new tub and shower, new vanity and new closet area. This is the second time we have had Josh here. He and his pros are the real deal."

"Owner, Charlie showed up on time to do the estimate. He used a high tech laser measure to quickly calculate what was needed. The installation crew showed up at the agreed on time a few days later. The equipment they used was very clean and efficient. My wife works from home and was never disturbed except when the 2 installers introduced themselves before they started. The installation took about 2 hours and the doorways were protected with furniture moving pads where needed. The installers said it took a little more material that expected but it was installed at no extra charge. Charlie even included an attic access cover. The job was done very well, at the time agreed on and at the exact price agreed on. The warranty guarantees that you will save the cost of the job in heating and cooling costs or Aladdin will refund the difference. It is also transferable should you sell the house. Our house is quieter and the ac is keeping the house cool even on our 90 degree days. Very satisfied."

"Tracy and his crew installed three new roofs for me. They are not the cheapest nor are the most expensive. He found an issue while estimating one of the roofs that none of the other estimators found. Mainly because of his knowledge and because he actually got up on the roof. Most of the estimators did a quick visual from the ground and used satellite images from a web app. I would definitely higher him again."

"We had several estimates for two windows that were fogged and needed replaced. One was a small palladium semi-circle decorative window which was a special order, the other was a regular 36" double pane window. One estimate was more than Glass Doctor and they could not do it within the time frame we needed. We sold the house and the work had to be done before closing. Another company did not get back to me with the estimate until three days after they said they would. Even though the estimate was almost $100.00 less, we did not want to deal with someone who we considered unreliable since he promised to have the estimate to me the same day he measured. If he could not do that, how would I know he would have the job completed when promised? Glass Doctor came out, measured within 20 minutes, sent the estimate to my email within the half hour with time frame for install. We called them to order the window and get the ball rolling, looking at a 10 day order time and next day install. Sure enough, they called when it came in and scheduled the install for the next day. ,He called me several times during the day to let me know when to expect him and he was running late but that he would be there. That was great, I didn't care, as long as I knew what to expect and that the job would get done that day since closing was the next day. He came and had the windows installed in no time, took care to cover his feet in the house, cleaned up his work area and the windows were shining when he left. I had them install auto glass last year with the same result. Love them, would have them do all my glass work. It is accurate, timely and neat."
