"I can't thank Steve enough for the work he did for us.  We had a few small parts of our Central AC system that had fried on us.  When we called Steve the temperature was 95 degrees and he understood the need to repair the system as soon as possible.  He came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem and returned with the proper part to fix it.  He was the 4th person we had look at our system and his quote was by far the cheapest.  My only regret is that I am just now writing this review instead of doing it after the work was done.  We found Steve to be professional, prompt and very nice to deal with.  We will certainly use him again if needed.  <br />"

"When they called (after I assume HomeAdvisor contacted them), I was told it would cost $89 to come out to give me an estimate. I had no problem with that but tried to get some rough estimate on how much a straightforward replacement of faucet would cost - but no estimate. When the plumber arrived, he first tried to get me to join some membership in order to get some percentage reduction in the cost (but I still had no idea of that cost). Bottom line was that the cost was over $600 for one hour of work. I will add that the plumber did an excellent job so I have no issues with their work. It is more about how they charge for their work. Next time, I will either find someone that is willing to charge by the hour or is willing to provide free estimates."
