"I am trying to move and I had many small projects to complete on my home to get it ready for market. With moving and all - these were completely overwhelming to me. Thank goodness for Don - he came and completed everything in 1 day!! He came on the day and time we agreed upon. He worked the whole time he was here and was focused on completing everything well. I do not even think he took a break. I think he wants repeat business, good reviews, and for you to recommend him to others and these are some of the things that cause him to really do a good job. The projects he completed were: 1. Filling in grout in tile floors 2. Fixing nail holes and painting over them 3. Fixing a crack in the wall 4. Pressure washing garage 5. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
