"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. "I am retired 73 yrs old Senior Citizen who recently moved to North Branford from Fairfield County where I sold my place. The job , Duct cleaning ,was provided by the Technician from Call the Bee Sergio Zaldivar who used the tricks to deceive the elderly customer and take advantage that we are new to the area .He has charged me $2,600 for the simple 3hrs work , i/o 5hrs, did not finish the work he promised to do and totally disappeared... I was trying to resolve the issues directly with the companies, including the Total Mechanical System, but they were not responsive either. He used our plug-ins for power instead of using their own equipment from the truck. There was no job description on the invoice related to our particular home, and no before and after pictures were attached. I have sent the very detailed complaint via email to both companies about such unprofessional, deceptive and unfair services , especially toward elderly person, and asked them to resolve the issue and refund "
