"Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. "Vince told me outdoor spigot could be repaired and did not need to be replaced which saved me money. He also replaced a vanity faucet which I provided. He was quick, efficient and honest. The most important thing was he discovered a serious problem with the way my water heater was vented. The exhaust pipe had been cut wrong and glued together. It was ready to come apart and could have vented carbon monoxide into the basement. (We do have CO detectors but this is still scary) We had this water heater installed a couple of years ago by another well known local firm that I don't know if I can name here. It did fail inspection by Howard County 3 times after initial install. Failure was all related to the vent and probably should have never passed. Anyway, by pure luck it was discovered and fixed. "This is a great company. Artie and Nick were right on time, provided high quality work. They were very professional and saved me thousands of dollars! My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options. He recommended I go ahead and complete a camera diagnostic and simultaneously have anything in the line descaled. Their descaling machine has a camera attached to it. "I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
