"Was getting a home inspected before selling and had them fix a few concrete issues and foundation. Was very pleased with the outcome and pricing."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. The estimate he gave us was exactly what we paid.   We would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends.  "

"Mr. Parks and his workers were thorough, polite and efficient. My gutters were full and badly clogged because of several years of neglect. They removed all debris from my roof and dug out the gutters by hand until they got water freely flowing through the downspouts. It was a positive experience from beginning to end."

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Elon and his team for their exceptional responsiveness and assistance. When I reached out to them to inquire about a complete kitchen remodeling project, Elon promptly responded and made time to visit my home the very next day. I was impressed by his professionalism and ability to address all the complexities involved in the project. Despite the numerous factors that needed to be considered for the new kitchen, Elon and his team tackled each one with great expertise and provided valuable advice along the way. Their guidance was invaluable in making informed decisions throughout the remodeling process. I am truly grateful for their help and support, and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future remodeling projects at my home. Their level of service and professionalism is commendable, and I highly recommend Elon and his team for any remodeling needs. Thank you once again for your assistance!"

"We could not be more pleased with Montesinos Landscape and Design and have recommended them to other neighbors in our new community. I had an idea of what I wanted but an inability to put it down on paper. Jaime very meticulously measured out our yard and came up with the perfect plan, just as I had envisioned it. He and his crew were always timely and worked hard, all day. When we were indecisive at times, he was patient and gave us the time we needed to make decisions without feeling rushed. Maria did all the paperwork for building permits with the county and with our HOA. They laid concrete, put in artificial turf, border areas for planting, a water feature, put in electricity for overhead lights, and a raised, decorative herb garden/bed. They planted tons of plants for us, including trees, shrubs, climbing roses and ground roses and lots of bedding plants. All have flourished. They also extended our fencing and placed a gate in our existing fence to 'join' our front and back yard areas. Our dog chewed up some of our underground irrigation/pipes which was obviously not Montesino's fault but they replaced it free of charge. We are totally pleased with their work and get lots of compliments on it. We highly recommend Maria and Jaime Montesinos."

"We hired BG Construction and Remodeling to design and build our ADU, and we couldn't be happier! Their team was professional, communicative and incredibly skilled. They stayed on schedule (sometimes too fast for me to even write a check!) and a delivered high-quality finished product that exceeded our expectations. Every project is going to run into some unexpected challenges, but BG was patient and worked closely with us every step of the way. We were very fortunate to find honest, hardworking and reliable general contractors in BG. A million thanks to Joseph, Johnny and the entire team at BG Construction."

"Nexxus did a fantastic job, in February of 2022, removing sidewalk, concrete stairs and driveway, replacing the houses water supply, forming and placing new concrete, including iron work for a new custom gate and handrail. Tony was the quickest contractor I’ve ever worked with. They were ready to work within a few days of original contact and completed at least a month’s worth of work in one week."

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."
