"Alberto with Elevated Garage LLC was hired to install a garage door opener at the property in July of 2025. In August, the garage door stopped opening, several of the bolts were loose, and the chain fell off. I reached out to Alberto several times asking that he come evaluate and address it. He initially said he would come back out to the property to fix the garage door, but he never showed up and would not respond to messages after that date. He was very young (possibly not even 18), he did not install the garage door properly, left trash in the garage, and he refused to come back and fix his work. You can see in the picture that he used an old bracket to install the new garage opener, and only halfway inserted a long bolt which is not proper or sustainable. The job was done very poorly, and he refused to come out and fix his work."
