"A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options.
