"When I called him and explained the problem, He explained some of the possible causes over the phone and gave me a rough estimate of each option. He explained to me how to determine the age of the water heater by the serial number and we found that it was well past its lifetime.I scheduled a time for Jorge to replace the water heater. <br /> <br /> He called an hour before showing up and was prompt. He explained the process as I watched and was very informative. He also gave me advice and tips on maintaining the new water heater and how to set the thermostats. <br /> <br /> I have asked to plan a further appointment to have him fix the faucets around the outside of the house.
