"I asked Matt to replace from plumbing in a condo I am watching while the owner is away, in Waverly Place. Those condos are small and plumbing access is not easy. Matt was nice enough to tell me that some of my requests did not actually need replacing. That saved me a lot of money. Matt arrived on time and was very professional and neat. He is friendly enough but he gets straight to work so no time is wasted. I thought he was very reasonable and would hire him again without question. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate.
