She answered all my questions and was able to schedule the inspection within 3 business days. I was not able to be there in person, so I asked if I could send a representative to the inspection and Tami said yes. John Grant was the inspector and explained everything to my representative (my good friend). The inspection was thorough, and we had the reports (Home, Pest, and 4-point) the next day.
