They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

All the work we had done above was taken care of in 3 days, and that was with me jostling around when he could start, which he never complained about. The most awesome part were the kitchen cabinets which totally transformed our kitchen. I was never a fan of painting older cabinets, but Chris used some technique that has them very durable and they have a finish like furniture. Also a big thing to my wife was the fact that Chris and his crew did not make a huge mess. They were extremely neat and once the job was complete there was very little clean up. Last but not least for everything we had done the price we thought was great. Overall A+ that exceeded our expectations and we have high ones.
