"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Syd responded the same day I contacted him and fixed my dryer the same day. He did the same with my washer this year in January. He does excellent work diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. He is honest, courteous, prompt, professional, and very knowledgable. His prices are reasonable. He is definitely the person to hire for appliance repairs and I would contact him again."

"The lovely woman on the phone was able to get me scheduled for a next day appointment. The repair technician showed up exactly when scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. "They did some work on the kitchen appliances if I'm not mistaken they did okay. My wife was more involve with it because she was the one who was here when we actually had the interactions with them. I think it was  a couple of hundred dollars and  it was for the dish washer and it turned out it was a part or something that needed to be done something needs to be repaired in order for the part to work so we got charge for the part but the repair was actually never was really completed."

"good - even though the dryer needed to have the vent pipe thoroughly cleaned of bird's nests first, Jeff gave us great service through his honest advice"

"Art was here on time, worked like lightning, explained everything while he was doing it, and was super professional and courteous. The price ended up under what I had anticipated, which I am completely attributing to how quickly Art was able to knock out the list. Arnold Electric Services is my first call the next time anything electrical pops up for me."
