"I called John for an estimate for what it would cost to have all of the services performed. I let him know I would do some research and give him a call back.  John called mid-morning the next day to make sure I didn't have any further questions. He clarified a couple of things, and was really great about explaining the different options available, and gave me the skinny on what each thing meant.  I called around and got a couple of estimates. John by far provided the best customer service, and had the best price. I don't think I could have asked for much more!  Oh that's right, John was able to schedule me for the very next morning, I guess I could have after all.

Ken arrived within the time frame John had given me, I wasn't home for the start of the installation, but John called to let me know when Ken had arrived.  Upon my arrival Ken had the old door out, had finished the framing, and was getting all of the insides going. He quickly recognized me as the home owner, and stopped what he was doing to introduce himself and let me know what was going on.  Ken was very informative and an all around nice guy who knows what he is doing, and takes pride in his workmanship. When Ken was finished with everything he took time to show me how to ensure the door has a long life, all of the safety features, as well as other special features I had no idea about.

Tomorrow John will be out to paint the garage door, and I could not be happier.  My experience with John, Ken, and A1 Advantage as a whole was smooth, and enjoyable.  I will definitely use them in the future if the occasion arises, and would not think twice about recommending them, they have my vote."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."
