You have a central office that then sends the various handyman out, they have various people that go out and do they work for them, but the office and the guy had to go out to eat. He called not only the day before the service to remind me, then he called the day of the service to see how it was going, and then the day after to see if everything was to my satisfaction. They have a nice central office."

"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew."
