From the first contact, the experience was positive. Randy came out to see the roof and had emailed me an estimate within 3 hours. He actually said that he could have the leak repaired and we might get a couple of more years out of the roof but we decided to be proactive and have it replaced. The estimate was in line with what we expected and he said he could do the work quickly due to the fact that there was a leak. The workers were personable and polite and the work was completed quickly.
