"My 1st time using Angie and I couldn't be more pleased! Started my search for a plumber to replace a broken spigot on a Thursday and Plumbers Plus was able to schedule me for the following Monday. Mike and Matt called in the AM to comfirm the appt and showed up slightly ahead of schedule, which is always appreciated. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and after examining the situation got right to work. The repair was completed quickly and expertly all while maintaining a cordial conversation. I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."
