"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

"I used Home Advisor to locate and select this business. But, I also spoke by phone with AJ in their office. He was very helpful in explaining service options and schedule. On the day of service, Technician Joe was prompt and friendly. He got right to work on a check of our 20-year old furnace and AC. He clearly explained the results. This included a general OK and a specific part problem. He replaced it quickly. I highly recommend G&R Heating and Cooling! They are coming back in the Spring to check the AC condenser unit."
