My LG clothes dryer stopped operating on a Friday, the major appliance center where I've purchased all my appliances and electronics said no service appts. were available for 10 days (!) and quoted me an unreasonable service call fee. I took a chance by calling Yabi Services, and not only was Yabi able to schedule me the next day, Saturday, but the questions he properly asked on the phone provided him enough information to show up for the appt., on time, with a replacement motor. He explained the problem, the solution, the costs involved (labor and parts), and performed the work quickly AND correctly, with the help of his colleague, Mike. My dryer is like new! I would not hesitate to call Yabi again, and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair."

"This is the second successful visit by Farhan. A year and a half ago I had three repair people tell me I needed a new sub-zero refrigerator or a major repair. Instead Farhan refilled the freon and the fridge has been running well until a few days ago when the evaporator motor broke. Farhan paid another visit and the repair was successful. "Frankie came back today & tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator's evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."

"Sergei came out on Thursday and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He scheduled the follow up appointment for Saturday to install the repair part. Once he had the part it was installed within 20 minutes and he was packing up to go. Sergei showed up on time both days, was very knowledgeable and efficient. Wore shoe covers on both visits. Cleaned the work area when he finished and took all packaging and replaced parts with him. No sign anyone had been here other than our freezer working properly again! A+ to A + Appliance Repair!"
