I received no phone call or other communication indicating a problem with showing up to perform the work on the day I was told. The technician did come the following day (only after I had to call the office and they had to track him down). The work site was left in pristine condition. This would be a full A rating across the board except for the scheduling hiccup. I don't mind scheduling changes, however communicating this to me is important and the lack of communication was a major factor in my review. <br /> <br />"

"They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."
