The proposed cost and work coverage was better than others I had received. Nick came to the house once I requested a proposal and reviewed the pool area so that his proposed work would be reflective of all conditions of the pool. The overall work was carried out professionally and the end result left me with a 'new pool'. The pool is relatively large (20 X 45)- 31,000 gallons and I now have a pool that is something I am proud. Nick stayed on top of all work in progress and kept me informed of each step and what was expected of each step. There were no hidden costs or surprises during the job or at completion."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. My fish are not expensive, because this is a newly renovated pond. But I'm very happy with the job that they did, and I will recommend them in the future. And I will be using them very soon"

"The actual construction on the walls was done well for the most part. A couple over-cuts were found but these were fixed quickly with no hassle what so ever. However, the walls were built per the MD Pools plans which should have changed when the pool was put in higher than planned. Bob, the owner, seemed to know that the decking would be 9" higher than expected but built the walls per the plans anyway. This meant that we had one small wall which serves no purpose and had to pay $1000 to add a row of block to make the long wall high enough to sit on. Everything else about Artistic was so professional but it was really annoying that Bob didn't talk to us about the pool elevation change which he seemed to know but we didn't."
