No one showed up, but I received a text apologizing and rescheduled via text. Did not show up. I am now attempting to get them back here to schedule a winterization blow-out of the system. "I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

It wasn't as professional in interaction as I'm used to having with folks. He showed up without any paper or documentation at the house. It wasn't as structured as I'm used to. They did alright, with all that's said and done, they did what we asked them to."

"I am so grateful to Joey and his crew. They were hard-working and respectful. Joey came out initially to inspect and over a quote that was fair. He returned the next week with a crew and they replaced all the sprinkler heads (most were broken and leaking badly, making my pump work harder). He also explained that my valves needed to be replaced and promised to be back the following week. As he replaced the valves, one of his crew also added drip irrigation to all my landscaping AND my patio tomatoes, flowers, and my two raised beds. He then switched the four zone to make one just for drip irrigation, after installing a new system. Joey also took the time to explain how I can control it all through my phone. I am so thrilled with their work and professionalism. We will be hiring them next spring to install a new system at our rental, and I look forward to seeing them in the fall when they will come and winterize the system."
