"I sure was hoping to post a better review here for Blue Ridge Landscaping, however that is not the case based on the events that have unfolded. My handicapped mother and I split the cost of privacy trees for our new house. Over $6500 in total and all we have asked Steve to come back and fix the ones that have blown over. We paid an extra amount for him to come out and put stakes in the ground after they were initially installed, but they didn't seem to hold up. When he left that day he said "If you or your mom need anything, please call me". He seemed sincere, so Ididn't worry. Well we since have called and texted many times as the trees are sideways as you can see from the pictures. The only response I got was "Ok" one time and never heard from him or BRLS again. We got this referral from a local person and thought based on the google reviews, we should be good to go."

It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. "Well it was ok . First I never saw the message of him telling me he was 5 min away so he just shows up at my door said he was there to cut the grass I showed him how to get to the back yard so that he could assess and let me how much it would cost . He then told me it was 30 dollars so he started removing the bikes and trash can out of his way . I asked him did he take card or cash he told me cash I said well I need to go and get cash because I didn’t have any he said okay I went right to the gas station 3 min from my house . when I came back home I saw rhe glass shattered. When I went out my front door because if I would have opened the back door it would have all fell to the ground the glass. So when I went around back and showed him he asked if my kids did it and I told him no . He asked was it already like that I said no because I opened it when you first got here ."
