"Deck Envy did a wonderful job replacing the top of our deck. I would recommend this company for a new build or a replacement! They were polite and professional not to mention did it in a day and a half."

"We definitely recommend Exterior Works! Mr. Shadid is a very hands-on owner from working with us on the design of our new deck, to submission of the application to our HOA, to obtaining the county building permit, and actually constructing and supervising the deck with his his own crew. Mr. Shadid is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, customer-oriented, professional, prompt, and his workmanship is superb. Exterior Works built our new Trex deck in only 1-week (start to finish once the permit was obtained) and for less than what other contractors had quoted. The result is a beautiful deck that we absolutely love! Mr. Shadid is busy from excellent work, his honesty, his professionalism, very reasonable pricing, and word of mouth from lots of satisfied customers (including us); not from advertising. Other contractors had estimated it would have taken them 4 to 5 weeks to complete the work and tries to "nickel and dime" us for everything in their quotes and depend on glossy advertisements. Exterior Works (Mr. Arafat Shadid) is awesome! We are so glad that we found him and chose him build our deck for us."

"We built a brand new deck on the back of our house, replacing the original deck. Deck Builders did a great job from the minute I called them to when they completed the work. Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. I would strongly recommend Deck Builders to anyone."

"Excellent from start to finish! A+++ Juan arrived on and quickly for our estimate. He was professional and easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate on the spot. When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. They returned on time again the second day to finish the project. Very professional company, easy to talk to, and great finished project. I am not affiliated with them in any way but found them through reviews. It is refreshing to find an honest contractor who charges a reasonable price. I definintely would hire again!"

"Ryan was professional and worked with us to replace our old deck with a beautiful deck we will enjoy for years. He was professional, responsive and on-time. William and his crew built the deck professionally, leaving the work area clean when they finished. They answered any questions we had during the building process. We are very pleased and have already recommended Resurrection Builders to several friends."

"Moore added a beautiful deck and patio with stone fireplace to our home. From the initial consultation to the design to the construction and finishing process - the Moore team was excellent. The quality of materials, the quality of the workmanship and the quality of communication throughout the process was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering the addition of a deck and/or patio. We talked with several different companies and Moore was the most impressive and offering the greatest value. They clearly stood out to be the best and they did not disappoint. The result is even better than we had hoped for. We could not be more satisfied with the people, process and resulting product. Moore is committed to doing a top quality job and to your full satisfaction. An excellent company and excellent team."

"Working with Ossa home repair was an impressive experience from start to finish. We had seen what a wonderful job they had done on our neighbors deck. Our deck was in awful condition and I was surprised when Mr. Johnny told me that much of my wood was in good condition. He could have told me i needed to replace the entire deck! His team repaired the top railings and rebuilt the fence door, power washed and painted our deck and I honestly canâ t believe itâ s the same deck. It truly looks brand new. I also had water damage on our dining room ceiling and a hole had been cut through the drywall. His team repaired the drywall, finished the ceiling and painted, and that also looks totally amazing. Everyone working for Ossa home repair was professional, courteous, and amazingly thorough. I wouldnâ t think about using anyone from Ossa home repair for all of our future projects (bathrooms will be next!). Five stars."

"Thomas and Antonio were very accommodating and efficient with the work they performed on our house. They repainted our front porch, pressure washed the siding and deck, repaired loose panels around the deck, and repaired/painted the railing to the basement. The quality of the work was high and they were able to answer all of our questions along the way. Would definitely hire again."

"Rick and his Before and After Home Improvement “All-Star Team” provided outstanding professional work in replacing the water damaged posts supporting my deck and the design and work to complete a stamped concrete patio, walkway, and front porch. Our property sits on a hill such that water from our neighbor’s yard drains into our own with some of it settling against our house under the deck. The deck was constructed about 20 years ago with part of the wooden posts buried in the ground. Although the wood was pressure treated, over time, the marshy ground had compromised the integrity of the deck support posts. We had contacted several contractors to request proposed estimates. Some were unresponsive. Others would not fully address our concerns about correcting the water drainage and adding additional concrete to anchor the new deck support posts above ground. Rick was by far, the most responsive. He listened to our concerns and based upon his 45+ years of experience, provided several recommendations for correcting the damaged deck posts and the drainage issues on our property. He gave us a prompt and reasonable estimate. His team went to work right away. We were so pleased with the results that we discussed the idea of the patio and walkway. Again, Rick listened to our ideas and provided excellent recommendations to move us to a beautiful design. Upon contract award, Rick’s team went to work immediately. Rick himself visited the site on a daily basis and communicated with us on the progress. When we suggested some changes, he was very flexible and responsive. All in all, we are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his company for a top-quality product at a reasonable price! Ken S."

"George Wells was a pleasure to work with. His team took the time to make small additions to our deck that enhanced the appearance. Since Wells and Wells is a general contractor I fully intend to use them for all my future needs such a flooring, painting and window replacement. Outstanding work."
