Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. They returned on time again the second day to finish the project. Very professional company, easy to talk to, and great finished project. "Had a great experience doing a bunch of jobs around the house that we had put off for too long. Thomas and another gentleman whose name i forget came for a couple days and they did a wide range of things we had asked them to do- fixing two doors that haddnt worked, replacing and painting boards on our porch, fixing a handrail, etc etc. While they were here they noticed a section of shingles were coming down and they were able to fix that quickly. They did it all very professionally, swiftly, and good quality and humor. It feels like a new house - i wish we had them come sooner! We're definitely going to have them do more work in the future."

"Last October, we contacted four different Angi-recommended contractors to build a screened porch over the largest of three sections of a 20-year-old deck and to replace the old wood decking with Trex. Peter Leoâ s understanding of our project and honest, transparent approach, along with his very reasonable price quote, inspired our confidence. As we were making our final decision, he readily contacted two of his previous customers so we could visit his completed projects, which further convinced us that we made the right choice. Two weeks later, Peter visited to tell us the existing deck structures were sagging and would need to be replaced. By the end of the week, his team had totally disassembled and removed the old deck and shortly thereafter, we witnessed a member of his team screwing 2x2s to his post hole digger to ensure the footers were deep enough.
