"Normally I would not review a company I didn’t end up hiring but I want to highlight the impressive professionalism and responsiveness of Mr Mendez. I had planned to have my front door and shutters painted and realized only a couple of days before my scheduled job that actually my shutters were in bad shape that paint could not save. Mr Mendez worked with me to assess the situation and responded quickly to texts even over the weekend, ultimately recommending that I install new shutters that don’t require painting. Mr Mendez is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not hesitate to use this company for future painting needs."

"They did great work painting our extensive exterior wood trim, repairing a section of our fascia, and installing an outdoor light. The technicians and the JW main office were both a pleasure to work with. The great thing about these guys is that if they discover a problem, they can almost always fix it themselves, since they have all the relevant skills. We have hired them often in the past and will not hesitate to do so again."

We provide professional framing, roofing, siding, window, and door installation for builders, developers, and homeowners throughout Central and Northern Virginia.

"I had this contractor replace my vinyl shutters on my house. They were a pleasure to deal with from the start to the end of the project. They use Google to look at your house to help estimate give you a quick estimate arrive on time and clean up their work as they leave. Stanley quoted the job and performed the work in a timely manner he was great I highly recommend this contractor."

"Sunshine Contracting was truly exceptional on all aspects of this major project from providing ideas, an accurate detailed estimate, status updates to quality installation craftmanship and delivering as promised at a reasonable price. Their in house install team were truly wizards of Hardee siding installation. Installation was completed well within stated expected timeframe, all while resolving intricacies, and attending to final details. Many in the neighborhood have already commented on how well the house turned out - as we are. They were a hats off pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for any exterior residential work."

"I had a list of small tasks that needed to be taken care of - many were drywall patch/repair and paint (wall cracks, etc.), they painted my front door and repaired loose shutters."

"Victor did an amazing job! We received him as a referral from one of our neighbors. He listened to what we wanted and gave us many helpful tips that saved both time and money. His pricing is extremely competitive. And he holds up to his timeline of getting the work completed. Victor did both interior and exterior work for us. He painted the interior walls of our home and painted and repaired the exterior of our home. We couldn’t be happier with his service."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!

"We could not be more pleased with E&R's service.  The staff including the sales team, the installers, and the owner were all top notch, highly professional, and highly responsive.  The work was done carefully and thoroughly, without mistakes.  It looks terrific -- better than we expected.  There was a small technical problem due to the shape of our roof, and rather than guess at the answer the president got his advisors from the manufacturer and the distributor involved to figure out the best approach and instructions for the installers.  We would recommend E&R to anyone.

"The owner Jon, came out to assess the work needed. After taking measurements, he emailed the estimate the following week. After weighing the cost vs. having all of our exterior trim wrapped, we decided to have it painted. Jon sent his crew out the same week we decided to have the work done. The crew worked quickly, professionally, and did a quality job - the even hung new shutters for us. After the job was finished, Jon came out to review the work. All in all, it was a painless experience and we had Jon give us a quote for additional interior work."
