"Come out on a Saturday morning and fixed the sump pump and piping at a minimal cost. Gave a quote for replacing pump with caveat that the current pump works so it wasn’t urgent. I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. "Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"

"First, I thank the company for the military discount. I am dissatisfied for the company not clearing the main pipe from small roots after snaking and running the camera through the pipe one time. The technician used a snake with a round tip instead of a cutter. I was sent photographs that showed roofs still remained in the pipe. I requested that the technician returned to the house and complete the work. The owner told me that he won't be returning and that I have to repair, replace or have water forced into the pipe. He agreed to send a technician if the pipe backs up within 30 days. The pipe did backup and I hired another plumber to clear the pipe."
