"I like this company and will recommend it to others. They have a straight forward communication and finished the job quickly. The only thing could been better is to match the filled holes with exiting concrete pattern so itâ s not as noticeable."

" We had a challenging project with water removal and structural support issues. Our crew of Tim (Foreman), Marq, Jayshawn, and Devon worked diligently to install a new drainage system and support beam for the house, spending late nights to get the job done. Thanks to (Manager) Cornell for his assistance on this complex project. Matt E "

"This was an amazing experience all around! Green Concrete Leveling was responsive in all areas. They arrived promptly and within 2 hours the job was complete. My driveway had four slabs at the bottom that had heaved drastically over the years. For the first time in the 14 years that I have owned my home, the driveway is completely level!! They also leveled other slabs that had minor heaving. I had an approximately 3" dip between driveway and garage approach. It is now down to an 1"!! This company and its employees were professional, courteous, and experienced. This is the best my driveway has ever looked. Sure glad that the "other" concrete leveling company never got back with me. There loss was my gain with this company. Highly recommend Green Concrete Leveling. Thanks Kevin and crew!
"

"Expert House Movers brought a crew of 6-8 & came in late August 2013 to start the process of raising & moving the house. My husband had done all the prep work of disconnecting the utilities & removing the furnace, etc. They dug access ramps to the old foundation/basement with bobcats. They poked good sized holes around the foundation so they could put in steel beams and jack up the house. Our foundation was from 1917 & built from old creek gravel cement, so it was pretty tough. It took three & half days to jack the house & move it over the driveway. It seemed really fast to me. The only thing to fall in the house was a picture off the piano. We still had access to the house through a tall ladder to get clothes, etc. that we needed.
We took over the process of arranging excavation, concrete pouring, and carpenters with more local contractors. Expert does have concrete people & others they use in the St Louis area that know exactly the requirements needed for the new foundation.
After the basement was poured & cured (curing takes about 3-4 weeks), Expert returned in October 2013 to move & set the house. They had been in contact with the concrete man for specifications, but there were no slots for the beams when setting the house down. A concrete worker had to come & cut those slots. We had a carpenter on hand to finish the sill installment & make sure the sills for the permanent beams was correct & set the support posts in the basement. We also had a friend's tractor help Expert's bobcat pull the house back over the foundation. While all this was going on, Expert was jacking and moving supports & placing slider beams & raising & lowering the house. The process was complete in about 2 1/2 days with care & precision. Some of the cracks in our house even disappeared. Great job guys.
Our carpenters returned to build a staircase & some other requirements. We are working on re-connecting utilities & returning the furnace, water heater, etc. to the new basement. We plan to move back into the house in the first week or so in November 2013. It's been a long process, but well worth it. Made possible by Expert House Movers!
"

"We purchased a new-to-us condo that had been built in the 80s. It needed a complete make-over. Sam and his crew did everything we asked and more, offering suggestions when we we're sure what we needed. His attention to every last detail was truly impressive. Because of his perfectionism, the job took a little longer than originally anticipated but the result was so-o-o-o worth it because the condo turned out great! We'd hire him again for any other similar work. Highly recommend!!
"

". Nick and his crew were professional and personable. The price was reasonable and the result was fantastic
They transformed the garage into a room it was, almost, a shame to pull a car into.
Everything from prep to cleanup was done to perfection.
I highly recommend Dancer Concrete to anyone looking to spruce up their concrete slab.
My next project is to have Nick do the Kitchen in a faux marble.
"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Woodburn, IN

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
