"Walked into a flooded foyer and traced the water to my water heater. I called North Side, upon Angie's List's recommendations, and they had somebody here in less than two hours. Two and a half hours later they had removed my old one, replaced a funky valve on the gas line, put a new valve on my furnace humidifier, delivered and set up a new water heater and were cleaning up and leaving. From the time I discovered the problem to the problem being completely resolved was around 4 hours. Amazing!"

Then he charged us a $59 service call. we agreed to that price but later that night cancelled the job and got it done thru Home Depot the next day. We paid $1250, which was still high but about $800 less than Gibsons. they were here less than 2 hours."
