It went well.  It look maybe a day longer than the initial quoted timeframe.  The crawlspace was old (1940 home) and it was full of junk, debris, etc.   They cleaned it very well and it looked great.   Floor was repaired using high quality design/material, and new beam made a big difference.

They accepted payments 50% and 50% via check and credit card.   Eddie was professional and his team took care of business.   The price was in the middle of some other quotes I received but he was able to meet my short term timeline.

"Jeff was great to work with.  He gave me a systematic approach to solving some ongoing water/drainage issues we may have.   He recommended first and foremost fixing a number of things his company would not benefit at all from (roof/gutters/downspouts, dehumidier) prior to us embarking upon a major project.  Thus, I felt that he was honest and gave answers/suggestions that weren't "cookie cutter" and had our best interest in mind.

We additionally agreed to $3990 to pay the upper level of my home he initially tried to charge me more to pay the interior ceiling of the home saying that the ceiling was not included in the interior price, he did concede and painted the interior ceiling without an extra charge. Because I did like to work that he accomplished I gave him an additional work duties to paint portion of the exterior of the house such as the window shutters, the outer doors, the stairs in the front and the back and the garage doors which increased an additional charge of $5280 given.for the added work therefore totaling $9270. Because he has not finished completely the master bedroom's bathroom such as putting in two medicine cabinets, tower racks attached to the glass shower wall, I did not want to continue with a larger project of remodeling the entire lower level because of this constant inconsistency and unreliability of not showing up therefor,e I could not recommend Superior Painting Plus 2 LLC moving forward to anyone."

"Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. It only took 5 1/2 hours to build and clean up. Thanks guys I will be passing your name to everyone I know that wants a building built."
