"Stephen was excellent. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. My old outdoor condenser stopped working so I purchased a new one and hired Stephen to install the new condenser. He responded quickly and got the job done right. I spent a little more than I intended but overall Im very satisfied with the service."

"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Wonderful. I called PANDA and they came out in 2 days and did the work in 1. These brothers treat you right and do the right job! They did my central heat repairs 2 1/2 years ago and they were the first ones I called again when the air went and I was right to do so. Thank you Serge and Mark!"

"Went above and beyond ,very satisfied with quality of work. Repaired my oil burner"

"Perfect experience. Got a quick call after posting to HA. They were here the same day at time requested and fixed my central A/C unit. Jason clearly knows his stuff. I will make these guys my first call if I need work on my central A/C or heat."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"I spoke with Mike and sent a picture of the problem I was having with our thermostat. He assured me that they could handle it while others I spoke with were unsure if they could do it or not. He confirmed for 8:30 the next morning, called me 20 minutes before Dan showed up and did a terrific job. My wife was home with him and said he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We’re so please that we’re having them assess our A/C unit come the spring. Highly recommend!!"

"Joe and his crew were very professional and my central air conditioner was priced at a very reasonable rate. The job was done on time . I would not hesitate to recommend Massair. Thanks Joe"
