"Great communication, very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the work Carl did to install a sump pump in my basement. I had him do a few other plumbing jobs at my house after the initial job and was pleased with all the work he performed. Pricing was upfront and fair. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future."

"They were very professional and knowledgeable. They came when they said they were going to come."

"They were very professional, and the work was completed quickly and neatly. When we found that one joint was leaking slightly, they came back in the evening and stayed 'till after 11:00 pm to fix it"

"I put in the request in the evening and didn’t expect such a quick response. Klaudio was able to come out and inspect the issue and get it completed right away. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Also offered advice about future repairs."

"John did a great job thanks"

"After 35 years as home owners on Long Island, this was our best plumbing experience ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank. Our downstairs bathroom is in an annex to the main house, built over a crawl space accessible via our basement ... if you are agile and determined. Frank crawled in there on his back to check there were no leaks from the work he'd done above. (There weren't any.) There were a couple of parts he didn't have in the van: he said he'd come back in a few days to instal them. He did -- no extra call-out charge. Great customer service; great workmanship; great plumbing; THANKS!"

"well until he caused water shut offs to leak which I was billed for o repair Overall he was expensive"
