"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

This toilet by far has been our best functioning toilet and very happy with their recommendation. Our third recent need was finding a steady water leak on our garage cement floor in area of water heater. I immediately phoned Trident Plumbing owner, Matthew Gardner, because I was unable to determine right away the source of the water. Again, Matthew immediately answered my call and understood my anxiety about the water and asked a member of his team who lives nearby to diagnose the problem. Devon, was at our house within 15 minutes on his day off, basically, to help us. The beauty of this story was Devon immediately figured out it was our a/c condensation unit leaking and not a plumbing issue at all. However, he went above and beyond to help us at my asking and problem solved! It is my belief that this company can always be trusted and relied upon for excellent service."

"Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!"

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."
