And when we discussed the project, I had told him I was selling the house and I needed a new deck that was going to be up to code. After, reviewing the project of the deck. It was not up to code. On the repairs that he had done. I had simply asked him to please fix the mistakes of the repairs that could be up to code and once he had fixed those mistakes that are up to code, I would finish the payment. And then, instead of resolving the solution and fixing the repairs. He had cussed me over. Cussed over the phone in front of my kid, and accuse me of not having the money. When all I asked was to fix what needs to be up to code. I had offered to have him meet with me and the inspectors to go over their repairs."

Ken Fristoe was our project manager, and he could not have been better. Ken inspected our roof, discussed replacement options, provided his recommendations and answered all of our questions. He was very responsive and kept us regularly and promptly informed with phone calls, texts and emails. These communications were complemented by the office staff. Materials were delivered on the day scheduled and the following business day the Rampart crew of six roofers showed up at 6:45 a.m. and worked for 10-1/2 hours straight to complete the job in one day. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They did a great job and left the job site completely clean."
