"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. When they came for the cleaning, they recommended that we install a cleanout door on the exterior of the chimney, so that the ash and soot would be removed through the outside. We arranged for a second appointment to have the door installed. The job and crew were professional. "After doing a nice job cleaning our chimneys and furnace flue, inspection revealed that chimneys were in poor repair. I hired Priddy Clean to install a stainless steel flue liner into the old furnace flue. The job required two holes to be made in the existing brick chimney. Old flue tiles had to be busted out by hand to allow the liner to be installed and routed through the chimney to the furnace. This turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, but the work was accomplished professionally and much to my appreciation. The brick repair was done exceptionally well. I could barely tell where the holes had been made. Most importantly, no extra charges were added. I would recommend Priddy Clean highly to do any chimney work needed.10"

"This is a little overdue, but wanted to thank Steve F. for coming out to repair a shingle on my roof with such short notice. In late April, we had a borderline severe storm roll through the area and when I came from work that afternoon I had noticed a couple of deadwood limbs fell on my roof and onto the ground below. A piece of the limb (and not very big at all) had punctured a shingle (top layer only) on my barely 2-yr old roof (that Fichtner also installed in 2017). The next day, Steve came out and replaced the punctured shingle very quickly. Though late, I just wanted to take the time to say thanks! "I didn't like the fact that when they came out, after they came and gave me an estimate at the last minute, they told me I needed a whole new liner which is next to $7000. No one was expecting that, I was kind of put on the spot. I thought they were very professional. I was very impressed with the work they did. I thought it was expensive. The other people came out and they gave me prices but they never came out to start on the job and then told me the liner was bad but their prices were higher than McDowell's for the same type of work of rebuilding the chimney."

"The technicians did a thorough inspection and determined the chimney didn't need cleaning. They explained a repair that was needed and provided an estimate for the repair. I have not done the repair yet as I don't plan to use the fireplace soon. The price is high for an inspection but it was explained ahead of time that if a cleaning is not required you still pay the minimum fee of $150. A detailed inspection certificate was provided. The technicians were friendly and professional."
