"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "Everything went as planned start to finish. Leisure pools techs are the best by far. They worked with me every step of the way to get it completed. Always on time and ready to work when they showed up. Clean up after job was completed was great you could not tell they were here. This was no small job by far pool is 16 by 40 an 12 feet deep. It now looks better that when it was installed in 1969!!! If you want the job done right the first time then hire Leisure Pools."

"The actual construction on the walls was done well for the most part. A couple over-cuts were found but these were fixed quickly with no hassle what so ever. However, the walls were built per the MD Pools plans which should have changed when the pool was put in higher than planned. Bob, the owner, seemed to know that the decking would be 9" higher than expected but built the walls per the plans anyway. This meant that we had one small wall which serves no purpose and had to pay $1000 to add a row of block to make the long wall high enough to sit on. Everything else about Artistic was so professional but it was really annoying that Bob didn't talk to us about the pool elevation change which he seemed to know but we didn't."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Budget Landscaping could not have been more timely. Scheduled a time between rain days so our yard was nice and dry. The crew arrived around 8:45 a.m. and continued working until 4:45 p.m. All of the limbs in our yard were picked up, the leaves mulched and put on tarps and loaded into their truck hauler. The drainage ditch, front yard, side yard, and backyard look fantastic. Their professional grade equipment did the job in one day that it would have taken us at least 2-3 full days to do - with many multiple trips to the landfill. Budget has a high grade mulcher which was invaluable for our yard. We did agree on an additional price which we considered reasonable considering the amount of work that Budget Landscaping performed. At no time did Budget slack off just stayed with it until the work was completed. I would both recommend Budget and plan to call them if our yard gets this bad again or if we do any other projects.."
